The location was excellent, at a walking distance from The Church of st Martin. We got triple room for the sunset and loved it. The room had central heating, a work desk, and a flat-screen TV with cable channels plus smoke detectors, provided for safety measures.

Perfectly clean great value hotel with a nice pool and a perfect location adjacent to a quiet area, quiet Podstrana, and the shore. Outstanding food, extremely friendly and excellent stuff from waiter.

The hotel is PLEASANT and reasonably clean, the staff are helpful, location is perfect to areas of interest that we wanted to visit. As for us the food is great, and they have a huge variety of meals.

Amazing hotel with amicable staff and great wi-fi. Fab meals. Location adjacent to the sea and staff, the local buses and the sea side. Also, right next to the ocean. Nice pool, parking on site. Everything perfectly fine. Great choice for holiday.

Nothing to dislike

We had booked a sea-view balcony room and were rewarded with stunning sunset views. The beach is right below the balcony, making it convenient to enjoy the sand and waves. The staff at Neva were incredibly nice and helpful throughout our stay. The included breakfast buffet offered a satisfying variety of options. The hotel also has a restaurant serving basic dishes. Free parking was available right beside the hotel.

The location of this hotel is fantastic, right on the beach. You can literally walk straight onto the sand from the hotel. The rooms with balconies and sea views are a real treat, as you can watch the boats going past from the comfort of your own room. The staff at this hotel are incredibly friendly and go out of their way to make your stay enjoyable. The basic amenities in the rooms are well-maintained and clean. The breakfast provided each morning is delicious and a great way to start the day.

I recently stayed at a hotel near the Adriatic Sea. The location is perfect, right on the beach in a quiet area. I loved going down to the beach every day and swimming in the sea. The hotel facilities were excellent, with two swimming pools and comfortable rooms that were cleaned daily to a high standard. The staff were friendly and always happy to help when needed. The breakfast provided was fresh and tasty, and it was lovely to enjoy it while listening to the sound of the waves.

Spent Easter at a cozy and clean boutique hotel located next to the sea. The views were breathtaking, with the sea and bay right outside. The staff were really friendly and helpful with great interpersonal skills. They offered local recommendations of places to visit and directions to get there. The restaurant was delicious with good buffet breakfast selection. It was also relaxing to hear the sea waves from our balcony.

That there were limited dining options within walking distance, so we had to either take a bus or drive to find a restaurant for dinner. However, this was not a major issue as the bus service was convenient and the hotel's own restaurant offered delicious meals that we enjoyed on two evenings.
